Arena Offices has bought Victoria House on Poole Road in the Westbourne area of Bournemouth, a prominent building formerly occupied by LV Insurance, adding a twelfth centre to its serviced office portfolio.

The 21,000 sq ft building will be extensively refitted and remodelled as part of an £8 million project, with Arena's characteristic high-specification interiors. The first occupiers are expected to move in from the first quarter of 2026. Depending on layout, the building could accommodate between 500 and 600 desks, and it has parking for 120 cars and easy access to the A338. Marketing of the office suites has begun.

Arena owns all of its buildings, which are located in Poole, Ferndown, Southampton, Basingstoke, Camberley, Farnborough, Reading, Fareham and Havant, and focuses on high-quality space, concierge-style reception and flexible terms that allow businesses to expand or contract.

Executive Chairman Simon West said the firm moved quickly when the building unexpectedly became available. He noted a shortage of good office space for growing businesses in that part of Bournemouth and said he was confident the refurbished building would draw new firms to the area, adding that Arena intends to keep growing.
