Homes Unveiled at Sought-After Beach Resort
The Hill Group is launching St George's Place, a new development of three, four and five-bedroom homes a short drive from Southwold on the Suffolk coast, with the homes released on 15 March.
Southwold is known for its pier, colourful beach huts and unspoilt coastline, as well as its independent shops, galleries and restaurants. It lies within the Suffolk Heritage Coast, an area of sand and shingle beaches, marshes and reed beds rich in birdlife, butterflies and wildflowers.
Rebecca Littler, group sales and marketing director at The Hill Group, highlights the development's setting among Suffolk's countryside and coastline, around five minutes by car from Southwold. She notes that new build homes rarely become available on this stretch of coast and says the company expects strong interest from buyers.
