Office Building Could Be Converted to Storage

UK Property Forums9 July 2025

Vanguard Storage Services has applied to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to convert a 54,000 sq ft office building in Maidenhead into self-storage.

Eurasia House, at Concorde Park on Concorde Road, about a mile and a half from the town centre, has stood empty since 2023. Built in the 1980s as an industrial unit, it was later converted to offices and occupied by GSK Services.

The proposal would turn the three-storey building into a B8 storage and distribution unit for self-storage, keeping 116 parking spaces and 48 cycle spaces and adding EV charging and solar panels. The project team includes NTA Planning, Oxford Architects and TTP Consulting, which is advising on transport.
