Oxford Weekender 2025

The Property Institute (TPI) is again partnering with Property Management Legal Services (PMLS) on the Oxford Weekender, a three-day residential conference for property managers at St Hugh's College, Oxford, from 4 to 6 April 2025.

Delegates can attend more than 40 sessions, including keynote talks, interactive workshops and panel discussions focused on current issues in property management. The event is designed to help attendees improve their skills, fill knowledge gaps, keep up to date with sector developments and build their networks.

As part of the collaboration, TPI is offering delegates the chance to sit Level 3 and Level 4 exams in Leasehold Management on 5 April. Free preparatory workshops will be provided to help candidates get ready. Exam places are limited and are only available to those with a conference ticket. Candidates must already be enrolled on the relevant course and hold a valid exam credit, while those who meet the prerequisites can still enrol.

Conference tickets are booked through PMLS rather than TPI. The package includes two nights of en-suite accommodation at St Hugh's and dinners in the college hall on the Friday and Saturday evenings. A full agenda is due to be published nearer the time.
