Plan for 92 Homes at Former Offices in Bletchley

Hawridge Strategic Land has applied to Milton Keynes City Council to knock down Buckingham House, a former Santander office in Bletchley, and build 92 homes in its place.
The two-storey building sits on a 1.6-hectare plot at the junction of Water Eaton Road and Buckingham Road and has been empty for five years since Santander moved out. The proposed scheme comprises 52 houses with two to four bedrooms and 40 flats with one or two bedrooms, along with 123 parking spaces.
The project team includes CDS Planning as planning consultant, Handforth Heritage advising on heritage and W J Macleod Architects as designer.
