Alpine Secures Flagship Showroom on Park Lane, London
Colliers’ London Retail and Automotive team has let a flagship showroom at 56-59 Park Lane, London, to Alpine, Renault’s high-performance sports car brand, acting for the landlord.
The 6,500 sq ft unit has around 75 ft of road frontage and was previously occupied by BMW. Park Lane is well known as a location where luxury and performance car makers showcase their latest models. Alpine will use the space to display its full range and host launch events for enthusiasts and potential buyers as it builds its UK profile.
The letting was handled jointly by Emma Wills, director in Colliers’ London Retail team, and Anthony Keohane, director in the Automotive team. Wills said the deal demonstrates continuing demand for flagship space in London’s luxury automotive sector, with the site offering strong visibility and proximity to complementary brands.
