Another successful Property Investor Show

The spring Property Investor Show, now in its 23rd year, took place at ExCeL London on 11 and 12 April and drew more than 5,000 visitors and close to 100 UK and international exhibitors.
The show went ahead against a backdrop of new tax-year cost increases and an uncertain international outlook. Exhibitors ranged from established names such as Barratt London and Qatari group Bin Al Sheikh to newer businesses including Sacks Properties and Palm Elite Dubai, along with finance and service providers.
Organisers highlighted the quality of attendees. First-time exhibitor Shahid Aslam of eXp Realty Dubai said he was surprised by the serious interest in UAE investment and expects several sales to result. Fabrik Property Group CEO Steve Jacob said interest in UK investment remains, but noted a growing flow of investor money to the Middle East. Michael Sacks of Sacks Properties, returning after a break, welcomed the mix of familiar and new exhibitors and reported healthy attendance and good leads. Newcomer Will Bailey of Bailey Capital Group said the show was a useful way for people to learn about supported housing investment and exceeded expectations.
The event runs what it describes as the largest seminar and debate programme of any comparable UK show. Regular participant Dominic Farrell of Distressed Assets noted strong engagement in the auction debates and his own sessions, with many visitors keen to explore new ways to grow their portfolios. Stand designs by Bin Al Sheikh, Next Group LLC and World Corp – Phuket received particular praise.
The next Property Investor Show is at ExCeL London on 3 and 4 October 2025.
