April 2025: The International Franchise Show and Property Investor Show

For the first time, The International Franchise Show and The Property Investor Show will run at ExCeL London on the same dates, 11 and 12 April 2025, giving visitors interested in both sectors the chance to attend both under one roof.

The International Franchise Show is billed as a leading event for franchising professionals, with a larger and more varied line-up of exhibitors this year covering sectors such as food, retail and home services, and franchise opportunities from around the world. The programme includes expert seminars and keynotes, including from Lucy Campbell, CEO of Right at Home UK, and Siobhan Percy, Head of Marketing at XplorerGroup, alongside interactive sessions and live demonstrations. Entry is free.

The Property Investor Show is the longest-running exhibition held at ExCeL London and the UK's largest and longest-running property investment show. It is aimed at anyone looking to make money from property in the UK or overseas, from beginners to experienced investors, with more than 100 exhibitors and over 80 seminars and debates. Both the show and the seminars are free to attend.

Nick Clark, Managing Director of Property Investor Media, said many visitors have interests in both property and franchising, and many attend on both days, so the combined dates are a valuable opportunity. Simon Chicken, Event Director at Business Show Media, said the franchise show would bring together its widest international selection of franchises yet and that each audience would benefit from visiting the other event.

The Franchise Show uses hall entrance N3 and opens 10am to 5pm on Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday. The Property Investor Show uses entrance N9 and opens 10am to 6pm on Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturday.
