Colliers Grows Bristol Office After Trio of Hires

Colliers3 January 2026

Colliers now has 56 staff in its Bristol office following three new appointments and two promotions.

Jess Harding has rejoined the firm as an associate director in project and building consultancy, after two and a half years with Carter Jonas. The rating team has gained Louis Matt, a senior surveyor previously at business rates specialist Commercial Property Advisors; Colliers said his arrival would add depth ahead of the 2026 Business Rates Revaluation. Also new is Olivia Nock, a senior surveyor in the out-of-town retail team, brought in to help handle a rising volume of instructions as the market improves.

Internally, Rob Adams has moved up to associate director in valuation and advisory, and Lauren Cordell of the business space lease advisory team has become a senior surveyor.

Jo Edwards, who heads Colliers' South West and Wales operations, said the moves demonstrated the strength and resilience of the Bristol team.
