Colliers Mudathon: unique opportunity for sector charity collaboration

Colliers27 May 2025

The Colliers Mudathon, a charity obstacle race for the commercial property industry, returns this September for its ninth year, moving to a new 5km course in Shenfield, Essex, with tougher climbs, scrambles and plenty of mud.

Last year more than 500 people took part on a course in Dorking. Since the first event in 2015, nearly 3,000 participants have taken part and more than £100,000 has been raised for chosen charities. It is described as the largest property mud run in the country. This year's beneficiaries are Spinal Muscular Atrophy UK, Prostate Cancer UK and men's mental health campaign Two Pints Deep.

Tickets cost £85 and include course entry, a T-shirt and finisher's medal, parking, refreshments, action photos, hot washdown areas and heated changing tents, access to medical support, and a post-race networking event with food, drink and live music.

Fay McEwan, Associate Director and Chair of Colliers Gives UK, said teams from 41 firms took part last year and Colliers wants more companies across the sector to get involved, describing the event as a chance to network in a very different setting while raising significant sums for charity.

Sponsorship packages are still available, offering visibility through social media and on-site signage.
