Developer Money Market Shortlisted for Prestigious Award

Developer Money Market has been named a finalist for Bridging Finance Broker of the Year 2026 in the 1–3 Brokers category of the NACFB Awards. Run by the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, the awards recognise UK brokers and lenders that show consistent expertise, professionalism and strong results for clients.

The firm arranges bridging loans, development funding, exit finance, commercial mortgages and investment property loans for developers, investors and business owners across the country.

Director Jason Dempsey said the shortlisting was especially meaningful for an independent brokerage. He described the firm's approach as understanding each client's objectives, preparing applications to a high standard and working hard to secure the right funding, and thanked clients, introducers and lenders for their support.
