Entries Now Open for the London Construction Awards 2026

The London Construction Awards (LCA) 2026 opened for entries, inviting organisations of all sizes, from contractors and consultancies to manufacturers and individual teams, to showcase projects, people and products shaping the UK's built environment. Entry was free, with a closing deadline of 5pm on Friday 11 September 2026.
The organisers pitch the awards as a low-cost way for construction marketing teams to gain independent credibility. A shortlisting or win, judged by a panel of senior independent figures from across the sector, can be used in press coverage, sales conversations and recruitment.
For 2026 the programme expanded to 21 categories, with more emphasis on sustainability, building performance and social value alongside established project and team awards. Examples include Low-Carbon Building, Retrofit Project of the Year, Digital Transformation Project of the Year, Women in Construction Initiative, Excellence in Social Value, Residential and Commercial Project of the Year, Construction Software of the Year, Fire Safety Solution of the Year and Excellence in Health and Safety.
Entrants could submit a five-minute video or a three-page PDF of up to 1,000 words, and could enter several categories provided each submission was tailored. To be shortlisted, an organisation must be able to send a representative to the ceremony.
Winners will be announced at a black-tie event on Wednesday 25 November 2026 at the Platinum Suite, ExCeL London, on the opening night of London Build Expo and elementalLONDON. The 2025 ceremony drew more than 450 industry professionals. Event director Rachael Shattock said the new categories reflect the direction the industry is moving in. The awards form part of London Build, produced by Nineteen Group.
