Knight Frank's Cycle to MIPIM 2025: Pedalling for a Purpose

Knight Frank is headline sponsor of Cycle to MIPIM 2025, a charity bike ride from London to Cannes running from 6 to 11 March 2025 and finishing at the MIPIM property conference.
Knight Frank riders Mike Thornton, Hannah Williams, Ed Price, James Jones, Mark Sutton and Richard Fulchiron are taking part alongside other industry figures. Participants can choose a four-day or six-day route.
All money raised supports projects that improve the lives of children and young people. A large share will go to Coram, the UK's largest adoption agency, with further funds for Cyclists Fighting Cancer and the Tom ap Rhys Pryce Memorial Trust.
Mike Thornton, a Partner at Knight Frank, explains that the ride is not a race but a group effort, with the peloton riding at a pace that allows everyone to finish together. The event is run by Club Peloton, which provides mechanics, sports therapists and motorcycle outriders. Club Peloton CEO Nick Hanmer describes it as a demanding challenge that unites riders around a shared goal of helping young people.
The six-day route covers 1,400km, with each rider completing two 60km team stages a day. It begins with a 136km ride from London to Portsmouth and an overnight ferry, then continues through France via Ouistreham, Blois, Moulins, Grenoble and Gréoux-les-Bains before the final leg to Cannes.
