Appealing Residential Building Plot in Favoured Village

Greenslade Taylor Hunt is selling a building plot at Sidbrook Orchards on the edge of Monkton Heathfield, near Taunton, with outline planning permission for a large detached house with parking for two cars. The site extends to 0.10 hectares (0.24 acres), and outline consent was granted in March 2026.

The buyer will need to submit a reserved matters application covering the appearance, landscaping, access and scale of the new home.

Viewing mornings, by appointment only, were arranged at the site between 9am and 11am on 16, 23 and 30 July and 6 August. Unconditional offers are invited by 12 noon on Friday 14 August, and the agent is quoting a guide price in the region of £300,000.
