London Build 202613 November 2025

London Build 2025 took place at Olympia London on 19 and 20 November, billed by its organisers as the UK’s largest construction show and its biggest edition to date.

More than 38,000 attendees were expected, alongside over 450 exhibitors covering sustainability, digital construction, building materials and design innovation. The conference programme featured around 750 speakers across 12 CPD-accredited stages, covering topics including housing and real estate, tall buildings, architecture, AI and digital, modern methods of construction, sustainability, fire safety, building security, and diversity and inclusion. The event also promised networking parties, workshops and entertainment.

Highlighted sessions addressed government and industry collaboration on housing targets, data management, the circular economy, early engagement under the Building Safety Act, modular construction, sustainable social housing, AI and energy efficiency, women in leadership, skyscraper design and the built environment after COP30.

Speakers included representatives of AECOM, Balfour Beatty, BAM, Galliford Try, Gensler, Jacobs, Kier, Laing O’Rourke, L&Q, Mace, Morgan Sindall, Persimmon Homes, Skanska, Zaha Hadid Architects and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. Organisers expected senior attendees from major contractors, housebuilders, architects and public bodies such as Homes England, HS2, Network Rail and Transport for London.

The show ran from 9.30am to 5.30pm on the first day and 9.30am to 5pm on the second, in Olympia’s Grand and National Halls, with free attendee passes.
