The Landsite21 March 2025

A live debate examining the trends expected to shape property over the next five years will be held at the Property Investor Show at ExCeL, London, on Friday 11 April 2025 at 2.30pm.

The agenda includes:

• Upcoming EPC changes for 2028 and 2030 and what they mean for landlords • The Renters' Rights Bill and its potential impact on the rental market • Flats versus houses as investments • Striking a balance between yield and capital growth in a high interest rate environment • Regional opportunities, including whether London investment can succeed at a 6% interest rate, plus the Midlands and the North • Forecasts for house prices, rents, interest rates and the economy over the next one to five years

The panel brings together:

• Richard Blanco of the National Residential Landlords Association, who buys, lets and manages property in six London boroughs and regularly comments on housing in the media • David Votta, founder of Votta Sales and Lettings, the youngest-ever President of ARLA Propertymark in 2021 and now a director on its main board • Marc Von Grundherr, a director of Benham & Reeves, which he joined in 1996, with a background in banking and international property investment • Adam Lawrence, founder of Propenomix, who has been involved in more than 550 UK properties since 2011, mostly retained for the long term • Rob Wiggans, Operations Director at the Savills Residential Investor Hub, who previously worked at Taylor Wimpey and Property Hub

The session is aimed at property investors and developers seeking insight into how the residential and commercial markets are changing. Attendance at the debate is free.
