Two Key Appointments to Accelerate National Growth Strategy

Real estate and construction recruitment specialist deverellsmith has made two senior appointments to support its national growth strategy.

Censa Caird has been named Head of UK Client Success, in recognition of more than ten years with the business and a strong track record with clients. In the role she will focus on driving growth and reinforcing deverellsmith’s position as a trusted partner. She described the appointments as the start of an exciting new chapter.

Aaron Higgins has returned to the firm as National Head of Development and Construction, having previously spent six years at deverellsmith before 2018. He said the focus is on delivering the best possible experience, with investment in people and technology creating a more efficient, connected service for clients and candidates.

The appointments follow the national rollout of the firm’s Estate Agency division, which extended the regional reach of deverellsmith and its sister brand Hintel. The company has also received an Excellent Employee Experience accreditation in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work For report.
