UK Built Environment Super Event, May 2026

UK Construction Week London and Futurebuild will be co-located at Excel London from 12 to 14 May 2026, forming what the organisers call the UK’s Built Environment super event. Together they expect around 25,000 professionals, more than 600 exhibitors and over 700 speakers across 14 stages, making it the largest construction event in the UK calendar.
The two shows will keep their own identities. Futurebuild will continue to focus on sustainability, net zero and innovation, with CPD-accredited content for architects, designers, local authorities and developers, anchored by The National Retrofit Conference. UK Construction Week London will concentrate on practical delivery, connecting contractors, housebuilders, trades and engineers with tools, systems and skills through live demonstrations and CPD content. The Stone & Surfaces Show will also run at the venue, adding a specialist focus on natural stone, surfaces, finishes and materials.
The organisers say the collaboration responds to industry calls for more cohesion and connected experiences at a time when net zero, skills and decarbonisation are pressing priorities. Martin Hurn, Event Director at Futurebuild, said the aim is a single platform reflecting how the industry works, from vision through specification to delivery. Sam Patel, Divisional Director of UK Construction Week London, said working with Futurebuild and The Stone & Surfaces Show adds depth and value for every part of the built environment.
For exhibitors, the combined event promises wider cross-sector reach, longer visitor dwell time and better leads in growth areas. Themes will include retrofit and net zero systems, HVAC and building services, circular and low-impact materials, offsite and modern methods of construction, tools and plant, digital construction and AI, and stone and finishes.
