Whozoo Tops The Landsite Agent Leaderboard for April 2026

The Landsite5 May 2026

London commercial property specialist Whozoo was the best-performing agent on the platform in April 2026, receiving more direct buyer and investor enquiries than any other registered agent. It finished ahead of Bonsors/SHW, Colliers and auction specialist Clive Emson.

Whozoo's enquiries came from a range of commercial and residential investment assets across London, pointing to continued demand for well-located urban opportunities. A residential investment in Enfield, EN3, drew multiple enquiries. Other popular listings included a freehold development site in Lambeth SW8, an airspace development opportunity at Deptford Bridge SE8, a commercial unit in Euston and a car park with development potential in Kingston upon Thames, a type of asset that continues to interest developers looking at conversion and alternative uses.

The spread of interest across several boroughs and property types reflects the agency's wide reach in the capital.

Other agents also recorded healthy activity during the month:

• Bonsors/SHW received enquiries across Surrey, Sussex and South London • Colliers saw interest mainly in development sites, industrial land and open storage across England • Clive Emson attracted enquiries on sites in Gravesend, Liskeard, Hornchurch and Torquay • Glenny drew investor interest in development land in Swanley and industrial assets in Upminster and Dartford

The April figures suggest that agents who list regularly and keep their listings up to date are seeing measurable results in enquiry volumes.
