London Build 2025 Returns Bigger Than Ever to Mark Its 10th Birthday

London Build, which describes itself as the UK's leading and largest construction show, returns to the Grand and National Halls at Olympia London on 19 and 20 November 2025 to celebrate its tenth anniversary.
The previous edition set new records, drawing 35,000 attendees, 700 senior speakers across 12 CPD stages and 500 exhibitors. Organisers expect the 2025 show to be the busiest yet, bringing together decision-makers from contractors, architects, developers, civil engineers, housebuilders, government and other parts of the construction industry.
The show is pitched to exhibitors as a chance to meet buyers and generate new business leads over two days. Attendees come from firms including Balfour Beatty, Mace, Laing O'Rourke, Costain, Skanska, Arup, Wates, Peabody, Foster+Partners, Willmott Dixon, Zaha Hadid Architects, Morgan Sindall, Lendlease and Multiplex, among many others.
Past exhibitors, including Ark Fire Protection, Hempel, ASFP, Campbell Associates, Stoneworld, CPD UK and Quinn London, praised the footfall, the quality of leads and the networking. Campbell Associates, attending for the sixth year running, reported around 50 good leads by the morning of the first day, and CPD UK described it as the best construction event in the UK.
The 2025 event will feature more than 500 exhibitors, over 700 speakers across 15 CPD conference stages, 35,000-plus registered attendees, more than 20 networking parties and a Meet the Buyers programme. It runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Wednesday 19 November and 9.30am to 5pm on Thursday 20 November.
