Terra Firma Auctions Secures Sale of Two Plots in Successful Auction

Terra Firma Auctions has sold two combined parcels of land in Barham, Kent, in its latest auction, which it says reflects continuing demand for well-located land in the county.
Plots 4 and 39 sold for £15,000 plus, while the neighbouring Plots 3 and 40 achieved £20,000 plus. Each combined parcel covers about 0.5 acres (0.2 hectares), or roughly 2,023 sq m (21,646 sq ft), a size and layout that appealed to buyers ranging from private investors to those wanting land to hold for the long term.
Barham is a sought-after village with a quiet rural setting and good access to Canterbury and Kent's wider road network. The auctioneer notes that accessible rural land continues to draw investors who see long-term value in well-positioned parcels, and that smaller, more affordable plots are particularly in demand as buyers look to land as a tangible asset with potential for capital growth.
The firm credits its transparent, competitive auction process, with clear timescales providing certainty for sellers and buyers. For landowners thinking of selling, it says realistically guided lots marketed to a nationwide audience can generate strong interest, and that auctions remain an effective route for vacant land, investment opportunities and strategic sites.
